Welcome to term one. In general this term is about getting you to think the CAGED way and to make sure you know the nuts and bolts, like how a major scale works, what root notes are and how your chords work.

Most people MASSIVELY overestimate their knowledge here, so don't assume you know these things until you REALLY know them inside out.

Don't forget when you've worked through the term, do the test and make sure you're ready to move on to term 2.

Hello! Isa here I'll be taking care of your notation lessons for this term. For a lot of you this'll be your first proper effort at reading music, so a lot of learning for you. Really concentrate on getting those rhythms right.

Hi y'all, here at the Application class we're going to be looking at the pretty heavy subjects of CAGED chords and barre chords, this is the fundamentals of what we do here at UnCAGED so make sure you master this one..

Techniques. Alright guys this term is about getting the basics of your technique working a little better, I'll be giving you some exercises to help your picking and your bending, and we'll be looking in detail at basic legato techniques to get your playing nice and smooth.

Heavy term this one in theory class guys. We need to focus on the major scale and think about tones and semitones. from there we'll be looking at chords and triads. Take your time here.
